Complaints/Abuse Procedure
In the event that you wish to let us know that you are unhappy with any area of our service, please do not hesitate to contact us where a member of our team will escalate it to the relevant person. You can email us via our contact page or to info@worddb.com
All complaints or enquiries can be put in writing to info@worddb.com
All complaints will be responded to within 72 hours.
We aim to resolve all complaints fully within 5 business days.
Domain Complaints
Should you be unhappy with the resolution we provide you can of course make complaints to the registry of your domain.

Agreement to Nominet's Terms and Conditions
When you register a domain name with WordDB, you are obliged to familiarise yourself with and agree to the terms and conditions that Nominet set out for domain registration, taking note of within those terms of the DRS Policy and DRS Procedure. When registering a domain you will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood these terms and any obligation and agreement you are making when registering a UK domain, a link to which is here.
Renewals, Expired Domains and Transfers
All domains are renewed on a yearly basis, we will send out emails to remind you 30 days prior and also days prior to the expiry date. We will also send reminders after expiry date at 3, 60 and 88 days. We will send the emails to the email address we have on account for you, it is the registrants responsibility to make sure their contact details are up to date, you can let us know any updates via here or by emailing info@worddb.com. WordDB takes no responsibility if your domain renewal fails due to your contact details being incorrect. If you do not wish to renew a domain please make sure you contact us a minimum of 14 days before your domain expires by emailing us at info@worddb.com. If you do not renew your domain before its expiry date it will have all services we provide suspended. Please contact us if you have any queries about your renewal fees, these fees will have been sent to you via email in the renewal reminder emails. After 30 days of your domain not being renewed your domain will be suspended and will go into a 60 day grace period which you can still renew your domain name. After 90 days your domain will be cancelled and deleted from the register.
